Sex therapy is a form of psychotherapy (“talk therapy”) for both individuals and couples that explores how psychological, interpersonal, physical and cultural factors impact sexual health and satisfaction.

Couples therapy is a type of psychotherapy (“talk therapy) that focuses on couples or partners as a treatment unit. The focus of couples therapy is to improve conflict management and communication and to work on exploring underlying issues that impact the relational dynamic.

Support for assistants, agents, managers, studio executives, attorneys, and business-side professionals in the entertainment industry with specialized therapy for anxiety, burnout, relational stress, and work-life balance.

I take a holistic approach, which means I believe in working to connect the mind and body – which includes working with physical sensations, emotions, and thoughts – to cultivate deeper insight into your own lived experiences and to move toward a life of meaning and purpose.

Tara Steinke, LMFT, is a licensed marriage and family therapist. She has a passion for helping individuals, adolescents ages 13+, and couples work through mental health concerns, relationship issues, and life transitions. Tara has a special interest in working with clients in the entertainment industry and those who have experienced trauma.
